Fit and wellness; two different terms which in the long run we will understand works in conjunction with the other. You may be fit but not well; or you can be well but not fit. Let’s take wellness.
Wellness will depend on the immune system of your body and this is dependent on the amount of vitamins, supplements and the nutrition that we get. But in self-enrichment you don’t necessarily separate fitness and wellness. The key in self-enrichment and better health is thru the combination of the two. And you can do that if you follow a life that is anchored on clean living, exercise and healthy eating.
In the world we live in, information that are waiting to be used. And we often think that since there are hospitals and fitness gyms, we can easily aspire for the healthy body that we all really want. It is not that simple; these institutions aren’t perfect. Your real needs may not be addressed by this information, the gyms and your hospitals.
These are business entities first that need your fees for them to be operational, and to help you is their secondary objective. It is for this reason that with this information, you need to stop for awhile and assess where you at, your immune system and where you are headed to. You need to re-assess your life.
You start with the current eating habits that you have. Are you consuming the right foods and taking the right vitamins and supplements? If you want to be well, then you need to make sure that you are eating right and you are taking the right vitamins. These things have a say on your overall wellness and self-enrichment.
The same is true for the self-enrichment of the mind; self-enrichment of the mind will be possible if you are taking the right food items and supplements.
The challenge for us is to rise to the occasion and to learn to sift thru the many data and information that we get regarding health and fitness. And we need to take note that it is not our doctors or friendly fitness centers that can truly say that we are well and how we can be well and fit. And with the onslaught of information we get to confuse fitness and wellness.
This should not be the case. In self-enrichment, it doesn’t matter if we interchange wellness, fitness and health. The more important thing in self-enrichment is that we pay attention to these.
