Conflicts can’t be avoided in life, and finding a speedy, win-win solution is an effective way to deal with them. Knowing how to solve conflicts both in your personal and business life can certainly help you out in enhancing and developing your growth as a person. Many self enrichment texts have been written on effective conflict resolution. Many people are instantly cynical whenever they come across a problem which needs to be resolved.
The resolution phase takes patience, love and a clear grasp of self enrichment principles where everyone should win.. You can say that the resolution is achieved when the opposing parties both feel happy regarding the outcome.
Listening to the person who has a problem is very important. Staring at the person without listening intently or letting your eyes wander to anything else while the person is talking, only means that you are not showing respect. How will you be able to feel for the person, if you are going to be that way towards his or her situation? Conflict resolution takes a lot of self enrichment in order to be able to present a situation where both parties feel vindicated. If there a loser, this is not in sync with the path of self enrichment. There needs to be a win-win solution, and this sometimes takes creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Respecting others is one of the core principles of self enrichment. Listening to another point of view without feeling anger or disdain, takes a lot of self assurance. It is through listening in which you will be able to fully comprehend what the other person’s dilemma is. If you find it hard to remember the details under pressure, carry a notebook so that you can write down important notes related to the disagreement.
When you are through listening, evaluate what the person has revealed. Ask yourself: “Will you be able to help the person solve his or her problem?” In matters of personal relationships, this becomes the case because the person involved generally approaches the person who is responsible for the problem.
When the problem is within your family, bear in mind that it is important to resolve the conflict as soon as it arises, so that it will not become overly complicated. Once you disregard a problem, you will soon see that the problem continues to get bigger over time. It is best to resolve family problems during the early stages rather than waiting for the time that the problem becomes serious.
Whatever problem it is, the best thing to do is to try resolving it no matter how hard it may seem. By using self enrichment techniques like active listening, respect for self and others and getting into the other person’s skin, you will be well on your way toward resolving the problem in a way that’s satisfactory for all involved.

Self Enrichment: Towards a Joyful Life

Life may be hard and filled with things that we need to accomplish even if we do not like the things that we do. Even at an early age, most of us were taught by our parents, family and community the values, beliefs as well as principles like helping others more than ourselves and being good both at home and at work.
But have you heard about joyful living? Well, this will be an eye opener for you. A joyful life and one that is free of struggle may be something new to you, but have you come to realize that it is the way you are supposed to live? And definitely, a life that really works becomes the best reward that you can offer to the people you love, to yourself and to the whole world.
Here are a few things you have to consider in order to gain more joy and take away struggle. First, know that living here on earth does not mean wretched survival. Follow your heart. Satisfy your soul’s desires for you to have a joyful life.
Second, time is always enough. There is no “insufficient time.” Will you be less busy when there are 25 hours in a day? Absolutely not. Through self enrichment you should realize that there is always time enough for everything. It is your reaction to things that makes time seem short or long.
Third, it is not being “lazy” to spend your time just doing nothing or even daydreaming from time to time. This you must know. Once you are finished with your daily living activities, you should take some time to simply meditate and allow your own mind to run free. You can easily find peace within you if you are silent and at peace inside. You will find pure guidance which will lead you towards becoming your true self and embrace living a focused life.
So, do you have the true courage to make a life that works for you? With the help of self enrichment techniques, you can become a model for others. You will able to show others how they may also gain a joyful life that really works. At times, they might call you egotistical. But soon enough, they will know how happy you are, and they will feel the joy you put out there.
There are people who will leave you because they don’t understand, but it is fine as newer people who are attracted to your energy will feel the void. Just imagine a world that is filled with happiness and joy supplanting the misery that currently exists. With everyone living and working in the way they are supposed to exist and living joyfully it will make hearts sing with struggle-free living.
Stay Focused and Finish Your Tasks

It is quite easy to get distracted and end up way behind schedule. There are so many things that can pull us away from what we are doing, and you end up wondering what it is you started out to accomplish and where all the time went. Don’t beat yourself up. It happens to everyone.
Have you ever left work and wondered what you actually did that day? Worse yet, you get to work the next day and the same projects are sitting on your desk, is there a worse feeling?
When you have this happen to you, you need to stop and take a deep breathe and get back on track.
Confucius Says…
“If you chase two rabbits, you catch none.” It’s an old saying, but it still rings true today. Sometimes we bite off a little more than we can chew or end up allowing ourselves to get distracted and achieve nothing.
Self enrichment has these tips to ensure that you stay focused on what you are supposed to be doing:
1. Do not allow yourself to be distracted. Distractions are a part of life, but you cannot fall victim to them. You must maintain your focus and stay away from all of these little pratfalls.
• Stick your cell phone or turn off your ringer.
• Close your blinds and put up a do not disturb sign.
• For some people music gets them in a groove, others tend to think they are in the band themselves and start playing air instruments. If you are the latter, turn it off and get back to work.
• Make your private office exactly that, PRIVATE.
2. Establish priorities. We all have our own unique ways of getting things done and you need to do exactly that when you are faced with multiple things that must be done.
Set your priorities in a way that works for you. Some people like to get the big assignment out of the way early while others feel better knocking out all the small ones first to show progress. Figure out what works best for you and stick to it.
3. Make sure everyone respects your time. It is natural for everyone to think that their time is more valuable than someone else’s. Keep that in mind when your co-workers keep trying to drag you away from your desk. Your time is just as valuable as theirs and you need to let them know that. After all, you are going to be the one who hears it from the boss when your assignments are not done on time.

Negativity is the death of us all. How many times have you thought that the worst was going to happen and it did? Why can’t it be the other way around, you think positive and positive things happen?
Constantly bringing doom and gloom into your life is a sure fire way to lead a miserable life! Who wants to be miserable all the time? However, many people live their entire lives in just such a state.
Through positive self enrichment techniques including giving yourself a positive pep talk during trying times can turn everything around into a positive outcome.
If You Talk Positively To Yourself, The Negative Thoughts Will Go Away
People are their own worst enemies and don’t even realize it. Take a deep look inside and think about who is holding you back. Is it a boss that you perceive to be difficult or is it you convincing yourself you are going to fail?
Where do you stand in the overall picture? When you are hit with a challenge to you accept it and dive into it head on or do you already have yourself convinced that you are going to drop the ball before you ever even pick it up?
Many people create a negative setting without ever realizing that they are doing it. When you are constantly exposed to something, it becomes normal and you no longer realize you are doing it. You have created negativity as a normal way of life.
You need to use self enrichment techniques to recognize and get your thoughts back in line with being positive. Train yourself that when a negative though comes into mind, you need to counter it with a positive one. Over time, it will be as natural as the doom and gloom that used to control your life.
Take Control Of Your Life By Thinking And Being Positive!
Staying positive is more than just thinking it. You need to keep that thought in your head and you can do so by constantly repeating it over and over until the negative one goes away.
Over time, you will start to change your mindset as you become more adept at self enrichment techniques, and those negative thoughts that doomed you to failure will become positives that convince you that you can make it happen!
Let go of all the negativity and replace them with positive affirmations. Changing your thought process can change your life!

Anxiety is a horrible beast that has the ability to take over our lives if we let it. You can walk into a situation that you thought you could handle and when just a touch of anxiety slips in, you invite failure. Self enrichment techniques help offset this from happening, and it allows an individual to act more confidently when facing something new and unknown.
People that have had panic attacks usually bring a bit of skepticism to self enrichment knowledge because they have faced criticism in the past. They are, however, at least willing try the techniques, because they but are desperate to break the horrible cycle.
Using affirmations is one of the easiest and effective methods of self enrichment that can be learned. It allows and otherwise frightened person to move through the fear and continue with their lives:
One thing to remember is that: You do not have to live in fear – all you have to do is learn how to control it.
Getting Past Your Anxiety through Self Enrichment
Anxiety is a horrible thing. You have to learn how to get past it. That fear will actually cripple you and as we stated before, it leads to more attacks.
As you are going through these cycles, you may think that you will never get out of them, but it is simply not true. There are plenty of ways to relieve yourself of these feelings, you just have to apply them properly to help yourself out of this situation.
Overcome your Anxiety with Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations are one way to battle anxiety. If you can put positive thoughts into your head to combat the thoughts that are leading to you stressing out, you will have the ability to relieve yourself of these attacks.
If you are not capable of creating these positive thoughts on your own, do an internet search and see what is working for other people. Your doubts may have it in your head that you cannot be successful so take the initiative to see what has worked for others in your situation and follow their lead.
Have positive thoughts that will sink in and actually have a positive effect on you. Your affirmations must be focused on you and you alone. If it is not something that is going to pertain to you, then choose something else.
