Fit and wellness; two different terms which in the long run we will understand works in conjunction with the other. You may be fit but not well; or you can be well but not fit. Let’s take wellness.

Wellness will depend on the immune system of your body and this is dependent on the amount of vitamins, supplements and the nutrition that we get. But in self-enrichment you don’t necessarily separate fitness and wellness. The key in self-enrichment and better health is thru the combination of the two. And you can do that if you follow a life that is anchored on clean living, exercise and healthy eating.

In the world we live in, information that are waiting to be used. And we often think that since there are hospitals and fitness gyms, we can easily aspire for the healthy body that we all really want. It is not that simple; these institutions aren’t perfect. Your real needs may not be addressed by this information, the gyms and your hospitals.

These are business entities first that need your fees for them to be operational, and to help you is their secondary objective. It is for this reason that with this information, you need to stop for awhile and assess where you at, your immune system and where you are headed to. You need to re-assess your life.

You start with the current eating habits that you have. Are you consuming the right foods and taking the right vitamins and supplements? If you want to be well, then you need to make sure that you are eating right and you are taking the right vitamins. These things have a say on your overall wellness and self-enrichment.

The same is true for the self-enrichment of the mind; self-enrichment of the mind will be possible if you are taking the right food items and supplements.

The challenge for us is to rise to the occasion and to learn to sift thru the many data and information that we get regarding health and fitness. And we need to take note that it is not our doctors or friendly fitness centers that can truly say that we are well and how we can be well and fit. And with the onslaught of information we get to confuse fitness and wellness.

This should not be the case. In self-enrichment, it doesn’t matter if we interchange wellness, fitness and health. The more important thing in self-enrichment is that we pay attention to these.

Homeopathy has been misinterpreted many times due to its name.  Many people have been surprised that homeopathy actually lies in the category of alternative medicine, which constitutes any healing practices that do not have a clear cut spot in the definition of modern or western medicine.

Many people use studying self enrichment courses consider alternative healing methods as another way they can move forward and live a healthier life. There is a variety of healing methods all claiming many benefits, some of which include:

Herbal medicine – this theory uses herbs as a tool that heals and creates a state of well being. Herbs are ingested by cooking with herbs, supplements, or teas. They can also be applied topically in an ointment.

Naturopathic Medicine – This theory believes that in order to be in a good health you need to have complete physical, mental, and social well being.  This means that your body and all of the aspects need to be well, rather than simply ridding yourself of disease or illness.

Massage Therapy – Those who are ill or have a large amount of stress rely on massage therapy to relieve their pain and stress through the power of touch.  Reiki is a form of massage therapy and has been known to be used as a method for reaching self enrichment.

Holistic Medicine – Aristotle’s quote “the whole is more than the sum of its parts” created this theory stating that the body and all of its parts need to be access and healed together as a whole.

Meditation – Is the form of alternative medicine that believes in go past the state of thinking and reaching the state of complete relaxation and awareness. There different forms with different goals to achieve things such as; self enrichment, better focus, creative, or higher self awareness.

Where Does Homeopathy Fit In?

Understanding what homeopathy entails you will need a suitable definition.  The Greek words, homoios and pathos; meaning similar and suffering, are the origins of Homeopathy. Although the practice may sound unfamiliar, it is far from new as Samuel Hahnemann defined in the 18th century.

What Does It Involve?

Using self enrichment techniques like homeopathy, you need to go through the treatment.  Some practitioners of this method think that they can treat an ill person with a substance that would produce, in the healthy person, symptoms similar to their illness.
This works by a series of dilution and shaking, while each dilution removes the toxic effects of the treatment and the quality aspects of the substance are retained by the water, sugar, or alcohol that it is mixed with. Self enrichment takes many forms and using alternative medicines is only one of them. Your treatment will be decided after having a consultation and all mental and physical aspects are evaluated.

The yin and yang is a Chinese philosophy and according to the philosophy there are two halves; the passive and the aggressive. The key is to join the opposing half. Self enrichment studies require that a person be open to this new way of thinking. Western medicine is still not a fan of this philosophy, but Chinese medicine has it that the joining of the two half have a positive effect on the balance and the flow of energy in the body.

Two known Chinese philosophies that are based on the yin and yang are the chiropractic and acupuncture. These two philosophies focus on the energy flow in the body, the impulses in the nervous system and the skeletal alignment.

These self enrichment procedures both drive for the need for the entire body system to get balance as this can equate to wellness and health. Every aspect of the person, from physical to mental must be all aligned and working as one for a person to achieve health and wellness. The principles may be broad to some, and to understand these principles a further exploration of the principles is needed.

Acupuncture is backed by studies made in western medical facilities. The procedure identifies important pathways for energy and these are called as meridians and these meridians connect the 2,000 acupuncture points and there are 12 main meridians and another 8 secondary ones. In chiropractic, it is believed that the body has a way of healing itself. Small problems in one part of our body may be realized only after the effect has grown. In this procedure, the focus is on the links between the spine and the nervous system. The spine works as the structure and the nervous system is the function.

These two should work in unison in order to have a good health. For anyone who wants to focus on self-enrichment, a look at the premise of these philosophies is important.

What makes these philosophies work should be added to what we know on the interaction of mind, body and spirit. Though the underlying principles are here and can be used by anyone for their self-enrichment, still a segment of population still suffer simply because they don’t see these philosophies as part of their efforts for self-enrichment.

Knowing these principles help and we are here to offer you the platform for healing no matter what your social status. Just like in yin and yang, one part is ready and that’s the program for self-enrichment and the other is just waiting to be adopted and that is you-the participants.
